These cohorts are designed to bring non-profit leaders together for 3 in-person days of powerful cohort-based learning.
Program includes:
24 hours of interactive, hands-on, in-class learning with a small cohort size
2 one-on-one coaching sessions with a Professional Certified Coach
Completion and debrief of the EQi2.0 Emotional Intelligence instrument
Certificate of Completion in "Leader as Coach (for Non-Profits)"
As a cohort, we will come together to discover, discuss, and create solutions to challenges you as a leader of a non-profit are facing. Through learning who you are as a leader, building skills using a coach-approach, and engaging as an inclusive leader, you will drive the performance of your team and the success of your organization.
To maximize applied learning, in-class sessions have been scheduled over six weeks to allow a chance to exercise the skills you are gaining in real time. You will also have one-on-one coaching sessions embedded throughout the program to support you in pushing your skills to the next level.
Cost:
$1800 +GST
*Effective August 7, 2024, the Alberta Government has implemented a hold on Canada-Alberta Job Grant applications and unfortunately grant funding is not available at this time.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made 30+ days in advance of Day 1 of the program will be eligible for a full refund/will not be charged. If cancelling 14-29 days in advance, a 50% program fee will be charged (or if already paid, 50% refund will be issued). Within 14 days of the start date, the program fee will be charged and is fully non-refundable.
